We work with global suppliers and strive for customer satisfaction. If your product arrives damaged or is not delivered within the maximum estimated timeframe, you may request a refund.

Refunds will be considered when:

  • The product arrives damaged or defective

  • You received the wrong item

  • The order is not delivered within 60 business days

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction with style/color/fit

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery attempts
